Rental of Facility Fee Schedule
Large Groups of 100 or more
For weddings, reunions, etc.
Members: $425 minimum rental
Non-members: $525 minimum rental
Small Groups (31-99)
For baby or wedding showers, meetings, etc.
Members: $225 minimum rental
Non-members: $325 minimum rental
30 People or less
Members: $175 minimum rental
Non-members: $225 minimum rental
The caterer will be charged $100 for the use of the kitchen with all of the above classes.Extra bartender will be charged $20 per hour for class 1 rentals.
Cleaning Deposit: $350 – payment by check, returned if facility has been cleaned.
Damage Deposit: $250 – payment by check, returned if facility or the outside grounds has not been damaged.
These rental prices are for the use of the Clubhouse only; this does not allow you or your guests access to the golf course.
